宋雨桂艺术馆已于2014年11月1日正式开馆对公众开放，开幕式在同日上午举行。应邀出席开幕式的嘉宾及自发到场祝贺的社会各界人士近千人。开幕式由中国 表演艺术家姜昆先生和 主持人周涛女士主持。

The Art Gallery of Song Yugui was officially opened its doors to the public on the 1st of November, 2014, and the opening ceremony was held in the morning on the same day. Nearly a thousand  people attended the ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by China's famous performer, Mr. Jiang Kun, and TV hostess, Ms. Zhou Tao.
